- Do our Free English online test from our website (if you are overseas). If you are in Singapore please come to our school to take the free paper placement test.
- Ascend will correct your test and send you a letter of offer, based on your score, with the student pass application forms. Submit the Student pass application forms & pay the application fee of $250 to Ascend. Wait 4-6 weeks for your student pass to be processed and we will contact you when the student pass is approved. Come to Singapore and take your paper test at the school to confirm your level of English. Sign the student contract and pay your course fees. Do your medical check up (if required) and collect your student pass from ICA.
- Present your student pass to the school collect your books and begin class.

- If you hold a Long-term social visa (>90days), a Dependant pass, or an Employment Pass and wish to study full time please come to the school and show us your valid pass. Then take the free paper placement test. We will correct your test and offer you a place based on your score.
- Complete our application forms & pay application fees of $250. Wait 4-6 weeks for ICA to approve your application to study full-time while holding another valid pass. We will contact you once ICA has sent us your letter of approval to study on a full-time course.
- Come to the centre to sign your student contract; pay your course fees, collect your books and begin class.
